Guts Pie Earshot is a punk band from Cologne, formed in 1991. The group was originally founded under the name Flowerhouse as a punk band featuring a cello, emerging from the band Lucy Killed The Dragon.
"in 2005 we had to make a restart: as we were only 2 members left (cello and drums) we had to re invent ourself... our style, and check out whatr is possible or not, test the borders... for that we experimented a lot... while recording and then after... we had tons of material and it was not so easy to find out where we want to go with it and what will be the reception of the audience... this album is a product of a long journey and a new chapter of guts pie earshot: instrumental and a duo. we released it as a double CD to represent the long journey..."
