Sunn O))) new album on Sub Pop

SUNN O))) release their new, self-titled album on Sub Pop April 3, 2026.

Working entirely as a duo for the first time, Greg Anderson and Stephen O'Malley have sculpted a piece that balances massive intensity with naturalistic fragility, all infused with the bracing, earthy air of the Pacific Northwest.

Co-produced by SUNN O))) and Brad Wood at Bear Creel studio, with cover art by Mark Rothko, liner notes by Robert Macfarlane, drawings by Elodie Lesourd and photos by Charles Peterson.
