Succubus' is the second album by The Mount Fuji Doomjazz Corporation, an improvisational live project formed as the alter-ego of The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble (TKDE). Led by Jason Köhnen (aka Bong-Ra, founder of Clash Records & Kriss Records) and Gideon Kiers (Telco Systems), the collective also features key contributions from musicians like Hilary Jeffery and vocalist Charlotte Cegarra. The album was recorded as a live soundtrack during a screening of Jess Franco’s 1969 erotic horror classic 'Succubus', blending dark ambient drones with hypnotic, funeral jazz structures, further solidifying the group's role in pioneering the modern doomjazz genre, originally released at Ad Noiseam.
