Anthropomorphic” is a live album by The Mount Fuji Doomjazz Corporation, the improvisational alter-ego of The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble (TKDE) led by Jason Köhnen (aka Bong-Ra) and Gideon Kiers. Originally released in 2011 via Denovali Records, the recording captures a performance in Utrecht / The Netherlands, Wroclaw / Poland, and Moscow / Russia that expands their signature "doomjazz" sound into cavernous dark ambient drones and noir-inflected jazz structures.
