After a decade of exploring the invisible world, occult/psych/metal band Wolvennest from Brussels, returns with a double LP titled Procession. Followers of the occult music scene will recognize the familiar elements: a strange fusion of psych and doom, infused with the darkness of black metal. Massive guitars, synths and mellotrons, and melancholic yet oppressive atmospheres are all carried by Shazzula’s haunting vocals and theremin, guiding a bizarre ceremony that reflects the consequences of a dark journey - one that culminates in death and apocalypse.
