Cult of Fire released their album 'The One, Who Is Made of Smoke', a record dedicated to the Goddess Dhumavati and widows around the world, inspired by the seventh of the ten Mahavidya goddesses. The seven-track release was shaped by spiritual research and ritual practices, including a pilgrimage by founding member Vlad to one of the rare Dhumavati temples in Varanasi, India, where offerings and blessings accompanied the creation process. The album explores themes of loss, devotion, and transcendence, tracing a journey from isolation to spiritual awakening through divine connection.
